We look forward to you staying with us and are sure you
will relax and enjoy your visit to Kalbarri.
Both guest suites have their own entry so you can come
and go as you please, have your own privacy, or join with
us for a cuppa.
You will also have the opportunity to try some of Chris's
home made cakes, jams and preserves (the shop bought
alternatives have no comparison), and Mac's home brew -
given a high star rating by visitors from Bavaria in
Germany

north of Perth.
(160km north of Geraldton)
Founded at the
mouth of the Murchison River
Safe estuary bathing and fishing,
quiet trips up the river or sea,
majestic inland and
sea gorges.
Locality
11, Karina Mews is quiet culdesac just
from the main beach front road. We are a short walk from
the Kalbarri town centre which has 2 supermarkets that
are open all day 7 days a week for all your supply needs.
Also many cafe's, restaurants, family Tavern and Pub.
Also within walking distance are Back
Beach, Blue holes (great snorkelling ) and within 2km is
the popular surfing 'hot spot' Jakes Point, Rainbow
jungle, the famous parrot breeding park.
We are just a short walk from the Murchison River mouth
and estuary where there are sailing boats, canoes and
kayaks for hire. There are many quiet swimming and
picnicking spots.
Kalbarri
Kalbarri has a world class 18 hole golf course and
provides, two luxurious Health Spas, pharmacy, health
centre, hairdressers and souvenier shops.
Kalbarri also offers Jet Boat Extreme Tours down to the
coastal cliffs, deep sea fishing and in season rock
lobster experiences, horse riding, abseiling, quad bike
riding and sand boarding, which are bonuses for the
thrill seekers and of course 4WD trips up the river
tracks..

Conditions Policy
No Smoking inside premises.
No pets.
The pool is not a 'public pool' -
only friends and guests can use it at their own
risk - and all users must be supervised by a
competent adult at all times.
No cooking in room - supplied
microwave, toaster and kettle are only items to
be used.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled more than 14 days before
arrival then booking payments will be refunded
less costs (see below).
Cancelled 14 days to 24 hours before
arrival then 50% of the total booking fee is to
be paid (usually the booking deposit). If full
payment has been received then a 50% refund will
apply less costs (see below).
Cancelled within 24 hours of arrival
then a no refund policy will apply.
Any cancellation refund will be
reduced by any corresponding booking agency
commissions or similar costs if booked by a third
party or agency.

has its own separate entry from the house,
reverse cycle air conditioning and overlooks the
palm fringed pool.
The large King guest wing's bedroom has a king
sized bed with built in robes, and TV/DVD.Reverse

breakfast is supplied with fridge, microwave,
kettle, toaster, table , crockery and cuttlery.
The luxury and spacious en-suite bathroom has spa,
shower, basin and wc.
Accommodation for couple but have 'folda-bed' for
